REGISTRATION OPTIONS & PRICING

After signing up, you will be contacted to confirm your booth request.  An invoice then will be sent to you.  No payment is required initially to sign up for a booth.  

Distilled Spirits Producers

Standard Registration for distilled spirits producers ($150) includes ALL of the following:

  • Professional Conference Admission (1) – Presentations and roundtable discussions -- 8:00 am-3:00 pm

  • Trade Expo – Exhibitors for diverse suppliers in the distilled spirits industry—8:00 am- 4:00 pm

  • 10'x10' tasting booth at Tasting Festival (w/4 tickets) – 4:00 pm-7:00 pm

    • Up to 4 Festival admissions for servers
    • Pipe and drape with one table and two chairs
    • Water pitcher and rinse bucket
  • Bottle Sales at Tasting Festival – 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm (Registration Deadline: August 25)

  • Nosing Service – Detailed composition notes and recommendations for food pairings and preferred cocktail ingredients – 10:00 am-3:00 pm

  •  Continental Breakfast and Lunch Buffets – 8:00 am and 12:00 pm

With Booth Upgrade Options

  • 10' x 20':  $250
    • Standard Registration features, but includes
    • Two (2) Industry Conference admissions
    • Two water pitchers and 2 rinse buckets
  • 20' x 20' Lounge: $400
    • Standard Registration features, but includes
    • Four (4) Industry Conference admissions
    • Up to 6 Festival admissions for servers  
    • Four water pitchers and 4 rinse buckets

Additional Admission Tickets

  • Additional Festival Admissions:  $40
    • Normally $50 each
  • Add-on Industry Conference admission: $75
    • Normally $150 each

Tasting Festival Exhibitor Booth (no product tasting)

  • 10' x 10': $250
    • 2 Festival Admissions
    • Pipe and drape with one table and two chairs
  • Add-on Industry Conference Admission: $75
